- Open both boxes: the smaller one holds the rolling cart.
- Assemble the cart: fix the legs to the discs and lock the brakes on level ground.
- Place the kamado on the cart with two people, always lifting it from the base.
- Fit the handle, the side-shelf brackets and the top vent.
- Done: your Kame Fire is ready for its first lighting.
Never lift the kamado by the shelves or the hinge: always from the bottom and with two people.

How to choose a kamado (and why this one)?
Before comparing prices, compare what really defines a good kamado.
- Ceramic thickness and densityholds heat for hours and resists thermal shock. Kame Fire uses high-density refractory ceramic.
- Seal and fit of the partsa poor seal lets heat escape and causes bitter smoke. Here the parts fit tightly.
- Included accessoriesa bare kamado costs more over time. This one comes with 8 from day one.
- Local support and spare partsit matters the day something fails. Support, spare parts and WhatsApp assistance from Medellín.
- Cooking versatilitya good kamado does more than grill. It smokes, bakes and roasts in the same unit, no extra gear.

Frequently asked questions
The questions we hear most before buying. If yours isn't here, write to us.
What is a kamado and how is it different from a grill?
A kamado is a Japanese-style ceramic grill. Unlike a metal grill, the ceramic retains heat and moisture and holds temperature for hours instead of rising and falling with the wind. That lets you grill, smoke, bake and roast in a single unit.
